Norse Atlantic Airways’ first charter flight with P&O Cruises departed from Manchester Airport, marking a new chapter in travel partnership. The flight carried over 300 guests to Barbados, where they joined fellow passengers aboard Britannia for a 14-night Caribbean cruise.

Between November ’24 and March ’25 Norse Atlantic will operate a weekly Friday flight from Manchester to Barbados. It will operate Saturday flights from London Gatwick and Manchester to Antigua/Barbados (alternating weeks). This schedule offers convenient, direct and comfortable access for UK travelers heading to P&O Cruises’ popular Caribbean itineraries.

Onboard, passengers can enjoy Norse Atlantic’s signature experience, including exceptional value in Economy and superior comfort in the Premium cabin, setting a new standard for charter travel to the Caribbean.

“We are excited to start this journey with P&O Cruises, connecting UK travelers to stunning Caribbean destinations,” said Bjørn Tore Larsen, CEO and founder of Norse Atlantic Airways. “Our commitment to quality and affordability aligns perfectly with P&O Cruises’ promise of an unforgettable holiday, and we’re delighted to offer passengers comfortable, direct flights that make their travel as enjoyable as their time on the islands.”

Carnival UK & P&O Cruises president Paul Ludlow said, “Our partnership with Norse Atlantic Airways, alongside TUI Airways and Virgin Atlantic, underpins our commitment to giving our guests a consistently high level of service we see onboard our P&O Cruises ships. We are immensely proud to see this first flight with Norse take off, marking the start of our winter Caribbean season.”

Norse Atlantic Airways’ modern fleet, including the Boeing 787 Dreamliner, brings comfort and relaxation to long-haul travel. Passengers can expect state-of-the-art in-flight entertainment and spacious seating, including the Premium cabin’s industry-leading amenities with a generous 43” seat pitch and 12” recline.
