Princess Cruises has appointed Nikki Dos Santos as a new sales manager for its agent-facing team.
Nikki will manage a portfolio of trade accounts, leading the strategic commercial and marketing direction of her agent partners for mutual growth.
With a background of over 25 years working in travel retail and commercial, Nikki has a wealth of knowledge and experience in strategic account management, increasing sales, and nurturing trade relationships. Nikki’s last travel role was at Thomas Cook as a Commercial Partnerships Manager, where she was responsible for the relationships with multiple suppliers, including key cruise accounts.
Rachel Poultney, Princess Cruises UK & Europe sales and commercial director, said: “We are delighted to welcome Nikki to the team. With more than two decades of experience working in travel under her belt, Nikki will be a fantastic asset to our team, and I know she has exciting plans to grow Princess through our agent partners.”
