During the COVID-19 pandemic, RAKTDA took bold initiatives, providing financial support to hotels and securing over 5,000 jobs. This strategic pivot, coupled with being the first city certified as safe by both WTDC and BU Veritas, propelled Ras Al Khaimah to surpass 2019 numbers in 2022. Rasbey showcased the Emirate’s unique allure, highlighting its diverse offerings, from nature adventures and mountain hikes to desert safaris and pristine beaches, positioning Ras Al Khaimah as a must-visit destination in the UAE.
