1000MTG launches touchless bookings
Global host agency 1000 Mile Travel Group (1000MTG) has launched touchless online booking capabilities for Australia based agents.
This is designed to reduce administration and improve productivity.
The solution streamlines corporate travel bookings and helps shift low-touch bookings online.
Touchless booking and end-to-end automation mean advisors can literally earn revenue day or night.
A client can make a booking online during the day, in the evening, or on the weekend, with the booking ticketed and the itinerary and supplier documentation issued automatically.
This generates income without requiring advisor intervention.
“This proprietary technology frees up advisors’ time, enabling them to focus on high-value, complex itineraries and expand their client portfolio,” said Lauren Gray, 1000MTG General Manager – Australia.
The tech is powered by CTM Lightning and CTM Scout, part of Corporate Travel Management’s technology ecosystem.
CTM Lightning is an online booking platform that allows corporate clients to book air, hotel and ground arrangements seamlessly.
CTM Scout further enhances efficiency as an AI-enabled travel assistant that allows corporate clients to self-serve simple booking changes and cancellations instantly.
When a request requires expert input, Scout escalates the booking to the client’s travel advisor to ensure continuity and personalisation.
The1000MTG platform supports advisors with dedicated implementation and account management, onshore after-hours client support, and a specialised corporate business development team.
“With touchless bookings, coupled with advanced tech solutions like CTM’s Lightning and Scout, our advisors can take back control of their time and confidently scale their corporate business,” Gray added.
