2007 NSW Caravan & Camping Holiday & Touring Guide Now Available
The 2007 edition of the award winning NSW Caravan & Camping Holiday & Touring Guide (Guide) is now available at Holiday and Tourist Park Members of the Caravan and Camping Industry Association of NSW (CCIA) and commercial affiliates, Visitor Information Centres and at various Caravan and Camping Shows held across the nation.
“The NSW Caravan & Camping Holiday & Touring Guide is a valued source of travel information for caravanners and campers wanting to visit unique destinations around New South Wales. It provides detailed listings of parks and their facilities to help travellers plan for a holiday around the State,” said Mr Barry Baillie, CEO, Caravan and Camping Industry Association of NSW (CCIA).
The Guide won a prestigious Australian Tourism Award in the media category in 2005 for demonstrating an on-going commitment to the promotion of Australian tourism destinations and products.
Featuring over five hundred detailed listings of holiday and tourist parks in New South Wales the Guide simplifies the planning process by segmenting the State into eighteen regions, including: The Sapphire Coast, Eurobodalla Coast, Batemans Bay to Sussex Inlet, The Shoalhaven, The Illawarra, Sydney and Surrounds, The Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, The Lower Hunter, Port Stephens, The Great Lakes, Port Macquarie to Nambucca, Coffs Coast to Yamba, The Far North Coast, Canberra, The Snowy & Southern NSW, Central NSW, North Western NSW, and Western NSW.
Regional maps and destination attractions and activities are included throughout the Guide to encourage tourers to experience new sights, attractions and the culture of places they may not otherwise visit. Holiday and tourist parks are identified with a dot point on regional maps throughout the Guide for greater ease in navigation for tourers.
The Guide also identifies NSW caravan and camping product and service providers in each region. Comprehensive listings of manufacturers, dealers and suppliers are available in the Guide in addition to points marked on regional maps to identify their location.
