A $8.7 million mini-break

Tuesday, 02 Dec, 2004 0

A Baja California resort has come up with an offer for the more extravagant travelers. Its price: a mere $8.7 million.

What do you get for that?

A three-night stay and a round of golf with Jack Nicklaus on a course closed to the public. There’s also the services of a top chef. And a private concert by rock star Santana.

The package also includes a private jet to bring visitors from anywhere in the world to the resort. The jet will also be available for the entire three-day stay.

The price tag only pays for one couple.

The Marquis Los Cabos Hotel in Baja California, however, says it already has had several inquiries.

Anyone interested should know the resort needs six months to prepare what it called a “unique experience.”
