A dinner cruise and dolphin dance on a Kona sunset cruise

Blue Sea Cruises offers tours are aboard a custom-built 70′ double deck power catamaran the Spirit of Kona.

Guests can see spinner dolphins on all the year round sunset cruises; pilot whales, sea turtles and mantas are often friendly visitors. The cruises also offer a chance to encounter Humpback Whales which winter in Hawaii, December through mid April and the Hawaiian Islands are host to the largest seasonal population of Humpback Whales in the world.

The catamaran can seat 150. The cruise costs $81.39 (adult) and $65.11 (child). A full island style buffet meal is included.

The evening on the reef sunset and glass-bottom dinner cruise includes: 
• 2 hours
•  The cruise departs from the Kailua-Kona Pier; departure time varies according to the season
•  Full course Dinner buffet, soft drinks and water are included
•  Complimentary Mai Tai
•  Beer, Wine, and Mixed drinks are available for purchase
•  Live local entertainment
•  Knowledgeable crew and captain will enlighten the guests as to the marine life encountered.
•  The opportunity to view dolphins, manta rays, turtles, and a variety of tropical fish and other marine life through our two large glass bottom wells.
•  After sunset the downward lights mounted in the hull of the Spirit of Kona light up the reef for offering the opportunity to view the nocturnal sea life, which can include Kona’s famous Manta Rays.
