** Market leader in airfare distributio ** Sydney CBD based – $87k Pkg ** Exceptional oppourtunity for Airfare guru Our client is the part of largest integrated travel company in Australia / New Zealand & is the market leader in the wholesale distribution of international airfares and ticketing services in Australia. As Business Analyst – Air Product for this dynamic group you will provide financial data & analytical support to the Finance Manager – Travel Related Services specifically to managing flown revenue information and to produce and provide up-to-the-minute information to drive business to better revenue generating airline opportunities. Key responsibilities: ** Extract, manipulate and interpret Airline data to formulate forecasting models. ** Assist the business in making decisions regarding strategic direction of the Air Product division ** Assist with development of inhouse flown revenue tool for the Group in the future. ** Manage Flown Revenue integration issues . ** Undertake ad hoc projects and analysis as required for the benefit of the Air Product division. Key Requirements:- ** Strong analytical experience with problem and investigative skills. ** Previous Airfare background within an airline, wholesaler or retail group ** Commercial focus with an ability to assess the impact of decisions on the business ** Creativity, innovation and ability to think out-of-the box in problem-solving, organizational diagnosis and solution generation ** High level of accuracy, attention to detail & good team player ** Airline knowledge and finance background being a trusted advisor.
