Leading a team of six and reporting directly to the Hotel Manager you will be responsible for all maintenance and upkeep of the hotel.
This will include (but is not limited to):
* Preventative maintenance and repair;
* Monitoring and testing of safety and leisure equipment;
* Co-ordinating and overseeing of contract staff;
* Budgeting, reporting and inventory;
* Recruit and develop staff
As well as proven experience in a similar role, you will have fantastic organisational skills, a good knowledge of MS Office, excellent customer services and proven ability in motivating and leading a team.
