** Hong Kong based ** Leading global TMC ** High rewards and incentives Our client is a leader in its industry and global MNC. Responsible to manage the day to day operations in Hong Kong of the Membership Travel Service, you will be required to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with the travel services offered to customers in Hong Kong. This role will identify improvements in the service delivery platform and structure and make appropriate recommendations to the business. The role will have a high level of relationship management focus due to the cross functional nature of the role and complex matrix management in existence. High level of inbound call center knowledge. Travel business background and working knowledge, understanding of Premium service delivery expectations and customer profiles. Previous experience in 3rd party supplier management. Excellent interpersonal skills. Good level of knowledge of CRS travel booking systems. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Highly organized, proactive attitude and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines An attractive salary package is on offer for the chosen candidate.
