£20k job involves holidaying abroad every month
Lowcostholidays has given a 23-year-old the job of travelling around the world for a year to review its holidays.
Christina Leon, from Johnstone near Paisley on the West Coast of Scotland, will go on a holiday abroad every month for a year and will receive a salary of £20K.
She was selected from more than 3,000 UK applicants as one of 10 finalists, then won over 22% of the votes cast in an online election.
“This has been such an amazing journey which has only just begun,” she said.
“Thank you to everyone who voted for me to win this dream job. I guarantee my reviews will be filled with useful tips and information. I will hunt down the best areas to shop and eat for all budgets and where is best for that sunset cocktail.”
Her first destination will be Majorca later this month and other destinations over the next year include Turkey, Egypt, the Dominican Republic and Italy.
