Admission prices up at SeaWorld Orlando

SeaWorld Orlando has announced an admission price hike of $2 which is effective immediately.
 
General admission tickets now cost $99 and $94 for children under 10 years old.
 
"We continue to offer our guests ways to enjoy extra value, including a new low price offer for annual passes and discounts on advance purchases through the website," SeaWorld said in a statement.
 
The parking fee is also going up from $17 to $18 a day.
 
SeaWorld is offering $30 off annual passes, which normally cost $156, until January 5 which include discounts in the park and free parking.
 
Parent company SeaWorld Entertainment Inc also announced a new addition to its executive team with the appointment of Mark Trinske as vice president of investor relations.
