Advantage urges customers to ‘love their travel agent’

Advantage Travel Centres is emphasising security, choice, value for money, knowledge and experience in its January peak booking period promotional push.
 
The ‘Love Travel? Love Your Travel Agent’ campaign encourages customers to choose an independent Advantage agency member in preference to booking online.
 
The promotion covers point of sale materials – generic banner, offer banner and exclusive TUI offer banner – a dedicated website which will feature offers and exclusive deals, an A5 offers flyer door-dropped to 360,000 homes in the vicinity of members and consumer public relations.
 
Sales and marketing director Colin O’Neill said: “With the airline and tour operator failures last year, customers are looking for safety, security and reassurance, which they will find by booking with an Advantage member. 
 
“The ‘Love Your Travel Agent’ campaign offers customers this confidence and makes our members stand out on the high street.”
