Adverse weather likely to lead to more flight delays
The Met Office has warned there is a 70% chance of severe cold weather, icy conditions and snow between today and Friday, which could cause further disruption to air services.
Flights at Leeds Bradford Airport were disrupted yesterday due to wintery weather and this morning it is still advising passengers to check with their airline or tour operator.
Further snow showers are likely across northeast England today and on Thursday there is a risk of snow spreading across the country late in the day.
