Agent platform VAX VacationAccess adds TourFinder inventory
Travel technology company Trisept Solutions has signed an agreement with AdventureLink to integrate guided tours on the VAX VacationAccess leisure travel platform.
AdventureLink’s TourFinder platform will be accessible to travel agents starting in the fall.
It gives VAX connected agents the capability to book more than 30,000 different itineraries in major global destinations from leading tour operators.
The initial launch will comprise product from 30 tour providers including Trafalgar Tours, Insight Vacations, Contiki, G Adventures and Collette Tours.
"Agents will have the first multi-operator online booking, tour content, commission and confirmation platform to sell escorted tours," said Kelly Tompkins, CEO of AdventureLink.
"TourFinder is unique in giving agents a powerful toolset to efficiently sell the right tour to the right customer and grow their business."
Trisept’s VAX platform is used by over 88,000 agents who generate more than $1 billion in sales annually.
"Bringing TourFinder to VAX further solidifies Trisept’s commitment to travel agents. TourFinder will build VAX’s momentum as more agents continue to engage with more suppliers and advertisers. Trisept will be launching other big improvements to the VAX website in Q4 as part of our $20 million R&D investment," said John Ische, president of Trisept Solutions.
