Agents earn while they learn as a Southern USA specialist
Southern US states are tapping travel agents to help boost visitation from the UK market.
UK travel agents can earn while they learn as a Southern USA destinations.
The Southern USA organisation includes Kentucky Tourism, Memphis Tourism and Visit Mississippi, which along with partner, Delta Air Lines, launched a new e-learning platform.
UK agents can win £150 of shopping vouchers in a monthly raffle.
Each training module is designed to be completed in 10 minutes and features multiple-choice questions with explanations for the correct answer.
Each module requires a 100% pass rate but a module can be repeated.
They can be completed in any order and over an extended period of time.
Once a module is completed, it drops down into the completed section and is automatically recorded.
For each destination there will be a monthly raffle with a £50 shopping voucher awarded per month per destination.
For each module completed agents will be allocated one raffle ticket. The maximum number of raffle tickets per agent is 36 – the total number of modules.
Once all the modules are completed for a destination, agents will be awarded an e-certificate.
A place on a five-night FAM trip to each destination in December 2022 will be awarded to the five top-selling agents.
