Air Astana launching new Baku flights
Air Astana is set to launch new direct flights from Atyrau in western Kazakhstan to Baku, Azerbaijan next month.
The new service to the Azerbaijan capital takes off from May 31 and will be operated three times a week on Airbus A320/A321 aircraft.
Flights will run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Tickets are now available for booking on airastana.com, as well as through the Air Astana mobile app.
Round-trip fares are from US$186 in economy class and from US$536 in business class.
The new Baku flights from Atyrau will complement the airline’s existing route from Almaty to Baku, which operate three times a week during the summer season.
The network expansion opens up more opportunities for leisure and business trips between Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan.
