Air India to introduce premium economy class
Air India plans to launch premium economy class service on select long haul international flights.
It will introduce premium economy starting next month, CEO Campbell Wilson said.
It is part of AI’s plan to revive the brand and boost market share.
“We’ve recently completely revamped domestic menus, and will launch premium economy on certain long haul flights,” Wilson announced..
The airline recently restored nearly 20 aircraft that were grounded for years due to a shortage of parts and lack of funds.
