Air New Zealand launches flagship New York City route

Air New Zealand’s first ever nonstop flight to New York City has landed at JFK.
At an average 17 hours in the air, it is one of the world’s longest flights.
It is the airline’s new flagship route, CEO Greg Foran said, who was on the inaugural flight.
Stuart Nash, New Zealand’s minister of tourism was also onboard.
Air NZ flies to five other US cities including San Francisco.
