Air New Zealand manager joins bmi
Air New Zealand’s Auckland-based general manager sales Antony Price has joined bmi as director marketing and customer with immediate effect.
Based at the airline’s East Midlands hub, he will report to airline chief commercial officer Jochen Schnadt
Price also previously worked at British Airways and has a track record of leading commercial and digital teams in the UK, US and New Zealand.
"This year, we’re amplifying our investment in digital research and marketing to ensure we deliver an even more seamless customer experience," said Schnadt. "Antony will drive all customer-facing functions within bmi covering marketing, distribution and customer engagement and care, in addition to taking the lead with mobile and e-commerce.
"His expertise drawn from over 20 years with some of the world’s leading global carriers compliments our specialist senior team."
Price said: "Bmi has a reputation for convenience and flexibility that we’ll build on further as we refresh the bmi brand and digital proposition, rolling out new campaigns to stimulate business.
