Air Transat Holidays raises winter capacity
Air Transat Holidays has raised capacity to Canada by 50% in its winter programme.
The operator is offering 14 flights a week from the UK to four Canadian destinations – Montreal, Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver.
The winter schedule includes a new Gatwick-Montreal flight, and enhanced services on its existing winter schedule from Glasgow and Manchester to Toronto, which will operate non-stop for the first time.
Agents are offered a minimum of 10% commission, with the exception of GDS bookings which have a rate of seven per cent.
The operator will run five flights a week from Gatwick to Toronto, twice a week to Calgary and Vancouver and once a week to Montreal.
Manchester will have twice weekly flights to Calgary and a weekly Toronto service.
Glasgow-Toronto will operate once a week on Wednesdays.
Communications and marketing director Kathryn Munro said: “Our new winter schedule offers a greater choice of services than ever before, presenting travellers with a wider range of holiday options, from skiing to winter breaks and much more.”
