Airline complaints come at more than 200 times a half hour
The source of his complaint is not known, but Wilfredo Torres did what many airline passengers perhaps want to do when he complained, repeatedly.
So much so that American Airlines says he called their CEO Gerard Arpey more than 200 times in a half hour period, according to The New York Post.
The result: American sued him.
Mr Torres apparently was not satisfied with being forwarded to Mr Arpey’s assistants and airline customer service representatives.
The suit was filed in Manhattan Supreme Court.
