Flibco to offer a new shuttle service between Como and Bergamo airport

Luxembourg-based bus company Flibco, which is specialized in airport shuttle services, is strengthening its footprint in northern Italy.

Flibco is expanding direct airport shuttle services linking Lake Como to two of the region’s key gateways, offering travelers a smoother, stress-free alternative to complex train connections.

Following the successful launch of its direct service between Como and Milan Malpensa Airport in November 2025, the company has now introduced a new route connecting Como with Bergamo Airport (BGY), set to begin operations on April 28, 2026. Tickets for both routes are already on sale via flibco.com and the Flibco mobile app.

Malpensa-Como service

The Malpensa service has already proven popular with travelers seeking a reliable and efficient transfer option. The route operates up to 11 times daily, with a journey time of just 50 minutes. Tickets are available online, starting from €8.99.

Key stops include Como San Giovanni FS (Piazzale San Gottardo, directly in front of the station) and Como Grandate Breccia (Via Colombo, opposite the ASF depot near the interchange parking), before arriving at the airport.

Bergamo-Como service

Building on this success, Flibco’s new Como–Bergamo connection offers a direct link with no transfers, making it easier than ever to access one of northern Italy’s fastest-growing airports. The service will run seven days a week, stopping at Como San Giovanni, Como Grandate, and Milano Lampugnano before reaching Bergamo Airport in approximately one hour and 45 minutes.

Fares are positioned competitively, starting from €9.99 from Como and €5.99 from Milano Lampugnano, reinforcing Flibco’s focus on affordable, straightforward travel.

Passengers across both routes can expect a consistent onboard experience, including spacious seating, free Wi-Fi, USB charging ports, and generous luggage allowances. Flexibility is also a key feature: tickets can be modified easily, and in the event of flight delays, travelers can simply board the next available shuttle. Free cancellation is available up to six hours before departure.

With these additions, Flibco continues to simplify airport access in the region, replacing multi-leg journeys with direct, comfortable connections. The company offers other airport shuttle services from and to Brussels South-Charleroi, Brussels Zaventem, Frankfurt Hahn and London Stansted airports.
