Airline tech firm Guestlogix appoints new chief operating officer
Airline technology services firm GuestLogix Inc. welcomes a new Chief Operating Officer from July 1.
Travel industry veteran Patrick O’Neill has been appointed COO and brings 28 years’ experience in the passenger travel sector.
O’Neill is the current Guestlogix EVP, global operations and joined the firm in 2011, initially as general manager, Americas region.
He has held a number of executive positions in the airline industry, including a 19-year stint at Continental Airlines in various management positions.
Announcing the appointment, Guestlogix CEO Brett Proud said: "Patrick has made significant contributions to the company, and under his direction, GuestLogix has celebrated multiple record breaking quarters, deployments and trials."
Guestlogix is a market leader in onboard retail payment technology solutions for airlines, rail companies and other passenger transport operators.
The company is headquartered in Toronto with regional head offices in Dallas, London and Hong Kong.
