Alabama Tourism launches new online training for UK agents
Alabama Tourism has launched a new, eight-module online training portal to help agents become destination experts.
Each module focuses on a specific subject, such as Alabama cities, adventure & activities and history, including the prominent roles Alabama played in both the American Civil War and American Civil Rights’ movement.
Andy Facer, account director for Alabama Tourism UK & Ireland said: "We are really excited to be working with Online Travel Training, providing us with a valuable platform to reach and educate up to 90,000 travel agents in the UK & Ireland on the great state of Alabama.
"Together we have designed a course that is easily digestible, so the travel agents can get a good overview and understanding of the state including highlights all of Alabama’s unique selling points which will help our travel agent partners increase their knowledge and convert enquiries into sales.
"There are also great giveaways and prizes to win throughout the year for agents who complete the modules including a place on a FAM in 2019."
