Alternatives set the date for this year’s awards
December 20 has been earmarked as the date for this year’s Alternatives, the travel industry awards you might not want to win.
Last year’s victims, er, sorry, we mean winners include John McEwan, Mike Greenacre and our very own Graham McKenzie, who won the Y Factor award for his fabulous rendition of Fly Me to the Moon.
The December event was all in a good cause and raised £26,000 for two charities, Childline and the Royal Marsden.
Put this year’s date in your diary as a reminder to book a table…or to leave the country.
