Amadeus makes new Australian appointments
Amadeus, the largest supplier of technology to the Australian and New Zealand travel and tourism industry has announce the appointments of Natalie Coucoulas as Business Solutions Manager NSW & ACT and Joanne Mialszygrosz as Client Relationship Manager Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania.
Both Coucoulas and Mialszygrosz are responsible for taking Amadeus’ partnership approach to the travel industry, working with travel businesses to understand their needs and deliver solutions that drive growth and profitability.
Coucoulas brings to the Amadeus team more than eight years travel industry experience, including positions with Galileo Southern Cross and corporate travel management companies. In her role as Business Solutions Manager, Natalie is responsible for acquiring new business for Amadeus by managing relationships with key prospects and developing solutions that provide real benefit to their business. Natalie is based in Amadeus’ Sydney office.
Based in Melbourne, Mialszygrosz is focused on working with Amadeus’ existing customers in the southern states, ensuring they get the most out of their chosen solution. Mialszygrosz’s career in the travel industry spans seven years; she has worked with companies such as TQ3 Navigant and Harvey World Travel as both a corporate and leisure consultant.
Coucoulas and Mialszygrosz’s strong industry backgrounds and thorough knowledge of travel IT make them strong additions to the Amadeus team.
