AMEX business travel appoints new global director
American Express Global Business Travel has appointed Pauline Houston as global director of hotel community, based in the UK.
Pauline, who joins from Carlson Wagonlit Travel, will be responsible for the management of the hotel community team and for leading American Express’ hotel value proposition, development and delivery.
She will report to Wes Bergstrom, vice president, hotel value and revenue management and is based from home in Scotland.
