ANA’s new LCC brand will take flight in early 2024
ANA Holdings new budget brand Air Japan will launch in early 2024 with Tokyo to Bangkok flights.
It will fly to Bangkok Suvarnabhumi from Narita six times a week from February 9 next year.
It will expand Bangkok flights to daily service by April 2024.
Air Japan plans to launch other routes by mid-2024.
“We are considering Kansai Airport as an option and plan to enhance our presence in Asia by establishing routes to both airports,” said Air Japan president Hideki Mineguchi.
It will follow a low-cost pricing model.
The Bangkok flights will start from ¥15,500 ($108) one-way.
In-flight meals and checked baggage will be available for purchase.
