Angkor Wat race to aid Cambodia’s kids
More than 4,500 runners have registered for the 17th Angkor Wat International Half Marathon on December 2. Almost half the runners will be from overseas.
Organisers will accept up to 5,800 runners for this year’s event.
Registrations close on November 17.
Entry fess and cash pledges from participants in the run will be donated to needy children and disabled people in Cambodia.
A gala dinner will be held in the grounds of the Angkor Wat UNESCO-designated temple on the eve of the race, December 1.
