Another bad call for Alex Baldwin?
|
The latest in the much-publicized Alex Baldwin-American Airlines showdown: both parties have taken to social media to explain their actions. American Airlines took to Facebook to explain its actions after the actor was kicked off a flight for playing a Scrabble-like game on his cell phone as the plane was about to depart from Los Angeles. The airline said an “extremely vocal customer” declined to turn off his phone when asked to do so by a flight attendant. The airline said the customer then took his phone while the seat belt sign was on and went to the rest room. |
Baldwin wrote on Twitter that he was "reamed" by a flight attendant for playing the game "Words with Friends" while the plane sat at a gate at Los Angeles International Airport.

This is not the first time Baldwin has come under scrutiny for his public behavior. The enraged actor lashed out as his then 11-year-old daughter via voice mail in 2007, calling her a “thoughtless little pig” after a telephone call went unanswered. By David Wilkening |
