Are there any graduate training programmes within the travel industry?

Friday, 22 Aug, 2002 0

I recently graduated with a 2:i BA Hons in Applied Languages and have extensive travel experience. I am about to embark upon the trip of a lifetime round the world and would ideallyl like to find a suitable training programme to start upon my return.
I am looking for a training programme that offers me an insight into the business side of travel and tourism aswell as everything that a programme of this snature would offer me in any other industry.
Does such a thing exist in the UK???? Or do I have to take a sales role in order to get my foot in the door of the travel industry.
I am looking into the possibility of taking on various roles while I am away which would help my application.
Any advice wanted!
HELP!!!!!
