Leading Brazilian carrier Azul has struck a partnership with wholesale travel brokerage Tourico Holidays.

Tourico has announced a new hotel distribution partnership with Azul Viagens, the airline’s tour operator unit which enables Azul Viagens to bundle Azul flights with Tourico’s extensive worldwide hotel inventory.
"Our partnership with Azul Viagens will allow the tour operator to broaden its product offering at the time of booking and enhance its bottom line revenue," said Jason Soss, president of global business development for Tourico Holidays.

"Azul Viagens can now offer its customers a wide range of hotels – all at industry-leading prices – and provide a more comprehensive booking process."

Azul Viagens will also have access to Tourico’s ‘ExclusiveDeals’ – its pre-purchased hotel room blocks negotiated with major hotels which offers discounts of up to 60%.

"Azul Viagens customers can now pair our high-quality, low-cost flights with hotels at unbeatable value – regardless of where they’re travelling," said Marcelo Bento, Head of Azul Viagens.

Parent company Azul Brazilian Airlines has a fleet of 130 aircraft operating more than 900 daily departures to about 100 destinations.
