Balmforth to host TIPTO SuperShow game show
Former Super Break national sales manager Graham Balmforth will host a new game show style competition at each of this year’s four SuperShow events by TIPTO.
Bringing his renowned sense of humour to the SuperShow stage, Balmforth – who retired in January – takes on the role of quiz master for the new format.
Seven lucky agents will compete for one of up to six prizes, including a £1000 holiday voucher to spend with any TIPTO supplier member, the chance to join a supplier FAM trip and shopping vouchers worth up to £100.
Agents will be chosen at random through a draw of completed exhibition quiz sheets, to go head-to-head in a supplier led quiz show.
Balmforth, a previous TIPTO Chairman, said: "It’s an honour to be stepping into the spotlight to host the revamped SuperShow entertainment – we’re aiming to tap into that competitive streak by putting agents in the question firing line and there are some fantastic prizes up for grabs!"
Jane Atkins, TIPTO Chairman and former Super Break colleague, added: "We’re so pleased to have Graham hosting our SuperShows. He’s an industry legend and we have no doubt his on stage presence will play well to our agents, keeping the atmosphere fun and interactive whilst also educational."
Registration is now open for the four confirmed SuperShow events in Southampton on 27 March, Birmingham on 22 May, Manchester on 19 June and Darlington on 20 June.
All events are free to attend and offer the opportunity to meet all 24 suppliers and some special guest exhibitors.
