Bamboo Airways to trial IATA digital health app
Vietnam based carrier Bamboo Airways is the latest airline to trial the IATA Travel Pass. It will start testing the Travel Pass on international flights in the coming months.
IATA’s Travel Pass allows passengers to upload and share their Covid-19 tests or vaccination certificates to speed up processing at check-in, boarding and cross-border screening.
So far, more than 60 airlines have either started or agreed to pilot the IATA Travel Pass on selected routes including Singapore Airlines, Air New Zealand, Ethiopian Airlines, Korean Air and Qantas.
