Bangkok Airways launching Student Plus Card
Thai carrier Bangkok Airways is looking to capture more of the youth market with the launch of the Student Plus Card.
The card will give university students extra perks such as 10% off domestic air fares, extra FlyerBonus loyalty points and a 30-kg baggage allowance.
"This Student Plus Card is our new marketing campaign that aims to tap into the university student market to introduce Bangkok Airways to them as well as to encourage them to travel more within Thailand," said Ariya Prasarttong-Osoth, vice president of sales at Bangkok Airways.
In addition the Student Plus Card offers discounts and extra benefits at selected hotels, car rental, restaurants and retail outlets nationwide.
Eligible students who apply for the card between now and July 31, 2015 will receive an extra 20% off domestic air fares.
