Bawah Reserve unveils Elang Private Residence
Exclusive Indonesian resort Bawah Reserve has unveiled a new island resort experience.
Elang Private Residence opens in May and marks the second of Bawah Reserve’s six islands to be developed in the off-grid Anambas archipelago.
Elang has been designed as the owner’s residence within a small village featuring six cliffside lodges all with personal butler service.
It can be booked as a single lodge stay or in its entirety as a private island experience.
Elang also provides a guest-only clubhouse complete with dining room and bar, a salt water infinity pool with a slide, the Beach House restaurant, a spa and an activities lawn.
Elang guests are permitted to make full use of the amenities at Bawah’s main island, which is just three minutes away by boat.
Rates start at $3,280 per night for a one-bedroom lodge and $4,680 per night for the two-bedroom Longhouse.
Rates are inclusive of all meals, private butler service, non-alcoholic drinks, and a range of activities including yoga, meditation classes, and a spa treatment per person per night.
Bawah Reserve comprises six islands, three lagoons, thirteen beaches and 300 hectares of forests, and is accessible only by seaplane.
