Be-‘spoke’ cycling corporate package launched
The hotel that hosted Sir Bradley Wiggins, Chris Froome and Team GB road cyclists during the London 2012 Olympics has launched a teambuilding bike package for corporates.
The Foxhills Club and Resort in Surrey is offering the Foxhills Grand Tour, or ‘GT’, which is a cycling teambuilding experience suitable for all levels.
Run in partnership with cycling holiday operator Just Pedal, it includes bespoke route planning; on-ride support and guidance from expert ride leaders; support vehicles and qualified mechanics throughout the event and pre-ride light breakfast during the departure briefing, and lunch or an afternoon meal on return to Foxhills.
Extra elements can be added including snacks and energy products; post-ride massages at Foxhills’ health spa; branded cycling kit and overnight accommodation at the resort, including the bedrooms used by Sir Bradley and the rest of the team during the London 2012 Olympics.
The Surrey resort hosted the Team GB Olympic cycling team in 2012 and Team Sky during the 2013 Tour of Britain and was an offical partner of the AVIVA Tour of Britain cycle race, which took place earlier this month.
