Best Western launching new extended stay brand
Best Western has unveiled a new brand in the premium-economy extended stay segment.
The Phoenix-based hotel chain announced an expansion of SureStay Hotel Group with the launch of SureStay Studio.
It is a result of growing demand from both developers and travelers, BW says.
SureStay Studio will launch with a prototype for new construction and there will be opportunities for the conversion of existing properties with minimal investment.
"SureStay Hotel Group is the perfect home for a premium-economy extended-stay brand, and the launch of SureStay Studio comes at a critical time," sais Brad LeBlanc, SVP and chief development officer.
The new brand will focus on ‘consistent levels of comfort, cleanliness, and a service guarantee, all at an affordable price.’
"We have business travelers who are not staying long term but who want more room and more comfortable accommodations."
Best Western launched SureStay Hotel Group three years ago and it has grown to nearly 300 properties under the SureStay, SureStay Plus and SureStay Collection brands.
