Big Broadway shows take the stage again
Broadway is back in business in a meaningful way with the return of a trio of major shows. The big 3 – The Lion King, Hamilton and Wicked opened again to full capacity audiences. Other smaller productions have been playing for some time but these big crowd-pullers mark a big step forward for Broadway.
Theatergoers must show proof they are fully vaccinated and masks must be worn at all times when not eating or drinking. The three shows have been Broadway staples for a long time, attracting large numbers of out-of-state and international visitors.
