Bmi regional scraps Aberdeen to Brussels flights
Bmi regional is scrapping flights from Aberdeen to Brussels from July 27 after only three months of operation.
The airline had launched the daily weekday route on April 16, using Embraer jet aircraft and with support from the Scottish Executive Route Development Fund.
But now Scottish passengers will have to go via London Heathrow, from where bmi offers up to four daily services to Brussels.
The re-accommodation policy has been set up to cover all passengers that have been issued tickets before July 10 2007 for travel on/after July 28.
Passengers that have not been ticketed by this deadline will have to make alternative arrangements.
