bmibaby starts services to Krakow

bmibaby, the airline with tiny fares and the largest carrier in the Midlands  announced on November 8 further developments at Birmingham International Airport with the launch of a new service to Krakow in Poland. 

The new route to Krakow will start with a two times a week service for the winter operating from Birmingham on Tuesday and Saturday.  Services commence on 12th February 2008.  Flights went on sale on November 8 at www.bmibaby.com with fares starting from just £21.99 one way, including all taxes and charges.  The airline also plans to ramp up the number of weekly services offered for the summer which will be on sale shortly.

bmibaby is the largest carrier at Birmingham International operating over 350 weekly flights to and from the airport this summer.  The addition of the new route to Krakow brings the total number of destinations from the airport to 23.  The airline plans to announce more new routes for summer 2008 very shortly.

bmibaby has already launched services to two other Polish destinations, the capital city, Warsaw and the major city port and gateway to the Baltic coast, Gdansk.  Both cities are served by the airline from its bases at Cardiff International and East Midlands airports.
