Boom signs deal with Hays Travel
Boom has signed an agreement to provide airfares to independent travel agency Hays Travel.
The Holland-based consolidator, which launched in the UK last month, has rolled out technology giving full access to its fares to over 190 branches and 150 homeworkers in the group.
Boom general manager Claire Trevis said: “We are targeting medium and large ATOL holders who want to remove costs from their business by using the Boom fulfilment service. The contract with Hays is a fantastic start to the new business.”
Hays Travel has 32 branches, 150 homeworkers and operates three call centres in the north east. In addition, more than 120 independent travel retailers operate under the company’s licences and bonds, forming a consortia called the Independence Group.
Part of the ATP International Group, Boom launched in the UK with 67 airline deals secured.
