Good news for adrenaline junkies, All Star Adventures, the leading provider of instructional adventure travel, announced today that it has added new trips in Canada and New Zealand to its portfolio of surf, mountain bike, ski, snowboard, and skateboard vacations. Guests of All Star can explore a new country while receiving expert instruction in one of 5 major action sports. The new Heli-Biking New Zealand Mountain Bike trip is ideal for escaping the winter blues, riding gravity assisted and cross country mountain bike trails on New Zealand’s south island during the southern hemisphere summer.
“With world-class coaching and carefully designed instruction programs, our guests have achieved immense personal satisfaction from taking their skills to new levels,” explains Gregg Davis, Trip Director for All Star Adventures.
At Whistler / Blackcomb resort in Canada, under the guidance of All Star Adventures’ highly skilled instructors, guests will develop their skills in snowboarding and skiing with expert instruction on park, pipe, and free riding — and still have time to sample Whistler Village the site of the upcoming 2010 Winter Olympics. 2009 departures include February and March.
In the magnificent coastal, alpine, and glacial landscapes of New Zealand, guests will enjoy beginner, intermediate, and advanced mountain biking serviced by helicopter, ski lift, and van shuttle. They will also enjoy cultural immersion, and participate in additional adrenaline activities of their choice. The inaugural 2009 trip begins March 1st in Queenstown on New Zealand’s south island.
