Boy, 4, drowns in hotel pool on Greek island
A four-year-old boy from the UK has drowned in a hotel swimming pool while on holiday with his family on the Greek island of Kos.
Unconfirmed reports said the tragedy happened at the Atlantica Holiday Village in Marmari.
According to Greek media outlets the boy woke up before his parents and got into the pool alone.
It is believed his parents found him and pulled his unconscious body from the water.
Emergency teams from the local hospital tried to resuscitate him but he was reportedly dead before the ambulance arrived.
