Barrhead Travel’s managed service travel partners (MSTPs) homeworking division Brilliant Travel has launched a new customer-facing online portal system for its members.

The new portal provides homeworkers and MSTPs with an integrated system that will give customers easy access to direct debit payment, travel documents and destination information.

It also sends emails to customers during each key stage of the booking process and provides a 24-hour web messaging service.

Brilliant Travel director Linda Pyle said: "We are delighted to have launched our online portal as part of our growth strategy for 2018. As we continue to expand, it is important that we keep up to date with the best travel technology to ensure growth never outruns level of service.

"The portal will allow for an advanced streamline service that will bring members closer to their customers through an enhanced product offering including instant web messages and user-friendly management tools."
