Britain’s Got Talent semi-finalist gets travel trade backing
Britain’s Got Talent semi-finalist, Jamie Raven has got the travel trade routing for him- as they discovered him first.
Members of the trade have been taking to Facebook and Twitter to give messages of support to the magician who used to appear at many industry events including TIPTO roadshows.
Chris Saunders, managing director of MyTravelPal North Wales posted on industry Facebook page, Travel Gossip: "Check out Jamie Raven on this week’s Britain’s Got Talent.
"Great bloke and a proactive supporter of the UK Travel Trade. Met Jamie at numerous TIPTO roadshows. Superb magician."
Lisa Fuller posted: " I agree …Had the pleasure of booking his honeymoon …. he is a lovely guy. We’re all routing for him at Ascot Travel House."
"TIPTO roadshows in the past featured different entertainers, one of which was Jamie Raven who appeared at events and did a little stage show in 2009/2010," said a TIPTO spokesman
The magician is due to appear on Britain’s Got Talent tonight from 7.30pm, where he will perform and face the public vote.
His Facebook page said: "Jamie will be performing his most spectacular magic trick to date in the live semi-finals. You will not be disappointed, and you will be left wanting to see more. WE NEED YOU! Every vote counts and you can help get Jamie through to the finals.
"PLEASE SHARE, spread the word, tweet, Instagram, email, text, call all your friends and let’s get Jamie into the final."
