British teenager dies after fall from Spanish hotel
A British teenager has died after falling from the ninth floor of a hotel in the popular Spanish resort of Magaluf.
Tom Ousby, 19, is believed to have been on an external fire escape when he slipped and fell more than 60 feet, landing on a wall.
The teenager, from north-west London, had been working in the resort for several weeks, apparently selling tickets for pub crawls and boat trips.
It was reported that he was trying to get into the four-star hotel – named by the Mirror as the Atlantic Park – to see a friend when the accident happened. Spanish police are investigating.
