BTA takes to the water for team building day

The British Travel Awards hosted a two-day logistics, planning, networking and team building ‘Cowes Week Sailing Event’ for sponsors, suppliers, media and BTA team members.

CEO Lorraine Barnes Burton said: “The inaugural BTA Sailing Event was extremely productive and fun too!”

The ‘crew’ based itself at the Botleigh Grange Hotel near Southampton.

Highlight of the agenda was the ‘Learn to Sail Day’, which gave everyone the chance to learn the ropes on board a Jeanneau 49 yacht.
