Business travelers predict all future bookings could be on-line
Airport security lines were named by North American business travelers as having the most impact on travel, according to a survey of Carlson Wagonlit Travel Associates.
What were their other major complaints?
Other travelers storing luggage far forward was ranked No. 1, followed by travelers not checking bags they should. Crying babies trailed that and narrowly edged out travelers who talk too loud.
The discovery that another passenger paid less was high on the list.
Another pet peeve was travelers who try to board before their row is called.
When asked where business travel would be in five years, those surveyed said virtually all bookings would be online. Video conferencing was also expected to be much more popular.
